Building a Team to Build a Community
Formed by Steve Kibble of Mankato, MN, Key City Development (KCD) is the major investor and developer of Siesta Hills. Steve has been involved with a John Deere farm machinery business for over 25 years as both a General Manager and an owner. Over that time he has been a part of the Mankato community, raising his family in the area. As the majority partner and lead manager of Siesta Hills, Steve will assume the role of general contractor and developer.
In addition to Steve, Craig Theuninck of Theuninck Construction, Kasota, MN, is a Key City Development investor who brings many years of design and construction experience to the project. Craig will lead many of the building projects in Siesta Hills and serve as a manager of the LLC.
Key City Development has commissioned ISG, Mankato, MN, to be the lead in development, design, environmental and infrastructure work for the entire scope of the project. ISG will be the lead designer of the Siesta Club (community clubhouse), along with many other outdoor amenities including a man-made lake, walking paths and greenspaces.
