Formed by Steve Kibble of Mankato, MN, Key City Development (KCD) is the sole investor and developer of Siesta Hills. Steve has been involved with a John Deere farm machinery business for over 25 years as both a General Manager and an owner. Over that time he has been a part of the Mankato community, raising his family in the area. As the majority partner and lead manager of Siesta Hills, Steve will assume the role of general contractor and developer.
